At Tennyson Chambers individual members are responsible for the administration of their own practices at the Bar including the agreement and invoicing of their fees and ensuring that they comply with the provisions contained in the Bar Handbook. Members of chambers are supported in this by the modern information technology facilities within chambers. Learn about us here.

Most case material is sent by an attachment to a secure email or delivered directly by courier to chambers (marked with the name of the barrister for whom it is intended). We do not accept delivery of paperwork by DX.
When Tennyson reaches a larger size a part time book keeper (but not traditional clerk) may be employed to assist members of chambers to administer their practices. At present administration assistance may be hired by outsourcing as and when required under a confidentiality agreement.
