We are content to see clients for conferences in person or by remote video link. Court work is being conducted either in person, by video link or by telephone hearing as directed by the court. As a courtesy those clients who wish to be seen in person are asked to provide a negative lateral flow test result on the day of the conference. Please wear a face mask during the conference as the virus continues to be present in our communities.

Initially please provide your legal case papers electronically because this will speed up dealing with your case, but for trials which are to be conducted in person we are now accepting hard copy paper deduplicated bundles (where papers are placed in chronological order ) so please arrange for them to be delivered to chambers in good time for the provision of the legal advice and assistance you require for a trial. If you are a business requiring the services of an insolvency or landlord and tenant barrister then please do not hesitate to contact us.
